We offer several shipping options depending on your location and urgency:

  • Free Economic Shipping: 10–15 business days (available for orders $69.00 and above)

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $7.99

  • Priority Insured Shipping: 6–10 business days – $9.90 (includes tracking & insurance for loss or damage)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times may vary depending on your destination. International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.

4. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply email us at support@hitbacktrainer.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.
